We have Beginners classes, Vinyasa, Restorative, Kundalini and Pilates. Our space holds a maximum of 15 people per class, so be sure to sign up soon to secure your place

Pilates is an exercise programme for the mind & body. It helps to understand how muscles, bones & ligaments all work together. It focuses on strengthening, restoring and balancing the body. It also improves mobility and flexibility as well as supporting the core muscles, increasing balance and co-ordination. It can help relieve stress and increase body awareness

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga clears blocks in your energy field. It is a magical science that uses sound, mantra, energy healing, exercises and meditations to release trauma from the energetic body, which surrounds the physical body.

It is this field, known as the aura, that holds wounds
